Reservations
Many of Parks and Recreation's facilities may
be rented for private use. Please see a few of the guidelines below.
To see all rules and guidelines, you will need to view the rental agreement.
You must come to the Youth Center, located
at 407 W. Washington, to complete reservations and to pay any associated
fees with the rental.

- Softball fields and volleyball courts may be rented.
- A deposit may be required.
- All rental fees are payable 5 days prior to usage.
- No alcoholic beverage are allowed.
- Tournaments conducted on the facilities may require liability
insurance.

- Reservations must be scheduled at least 2 days in advance.
- No fee, but you must complete a permit.
- You must clean up the area after use.
- The user is responsible for the conduct of their parties and
their safety.
- No open flame cooking is allowed, except in provided cookeries.
You may bring your own grill; use caution.

- For Sherman residents, reservations for private rentals are
accepted beginning May 1st for the pool season. Non-residents
may reserve the pool beginning May 15th.
- Times available are Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays
6:30-8:30 PM.
- The fee is $400 for residents and $600 for non-residents.
- The Party Cabana is a covered pavilion with two (2) ten-foot
picnic tables. It is available for all of your party needs during
regular pool hours. The cost of $40 for residents and $60 for
non-residents includes exclusive use of the Party Cabana for
two (2) hours. Fee does not include admission
into The Splash. For reservations, you must contact the Parks
and Recreation Office at least 48 hours in advance.
- All reservations must be done at the Sherman Youth Center
located at 407 W Washington.

- Reservations require at least four (4) weeks notice.
- Admission may not be charged or concessions sold during rentals.
- There is a $50 reservation fee due when the reservation is
made. The fee is non-refundable unless the reservation is cancelled
at least four (4) weeks prior to the scheduled usage.
- There are also two (2) deposits due at the time of reservation;
a $25 cleaning deposit and a $75 damage deposit. The deposits
are refundable if no damages are incurred to the facility and
the facility is left clean.
- Rental fee is $25/hour and includes all set-up and take down
time. Rental fee is due ten (10) days prior to rental date.
- Reservations may last a maximum of eight (8) hours and must
not go later than 10 PM.
- No alcohol allowed.
